Winter

THE STORY:
Far from the conservative antiquity of the tiny northern town two young boys fell asleep next to each other.  Mouths breathing in a syncopated gorgeous rhythm that was never to be acknowledged in sunlight.  And so the snow swirled on and on…

THE LYRICS:

I always sleep with a pillow in my arms
But I’d rather wrap them around you
Your body is so warm laying next to mine
I wonder if it’ll ever be there again.

I hear the winding of the snow
I feel you breathe and then I know
Once you unfreeze me
You will have to leave me.

Hello Winter
Leave me lover
I will learn to sleep alone again
I wish he was here again.
