JEREMY GLOFF 1987 ALBUM RELEASE PARTY &
SPECIAL PERFORMANCE
Tampa, FL (September 23rd,
2008) – Jeremy Gloff's 15th studio album "1987" is scheduled to have a
Square One
sponsored album release party and performance at Crowbar in
Ybor City on Saturday, September 20th as part of SoundFX: Live with an official US release on September 23rd, 2008 through Lossless Records. "1987"
has been described as a brilliant up-tempo collection of 13 songs which
finds Jeremy immersing his sound in 1980's inspired dance music. The debut single, the pulsating "Lights On" was released in March 2008.
The "1987" album release party will find Jeremy Gloff performing album tracks in full-scale theatrical production numbers. Select
performance numbers will be collaborations with Okesene Tilo of Square
One Florida, Scott Bentley of the Bentley Hair Salon, photographer Ryan
Prado, DJ Una Slim, local fashion designer Amber Cox and Rat Soap
Studios. Crowbar is located at 1812 N 17th St in the Ybor City district of Tampa, FL. Doors open 9pm with a $7.00 admission charge, ages 18 and up.

Jeremy Gloff is an independent musician, writer and producer who has self-released 15 albums since 1993. Tracks from his 2001 "America Is Lonely Tonight" album were featured in the documentary Hooked. Jeremy Gloff currently writes the very popular Dear Gloffy column for REAX Magazine. "1987" was produced, arranged, composed and performed by Jeremy Gloff.
Square One Florida is headed by Okesene Tilo who organized and produced last February's Square One Art Exhibit and May's Square One extravaganza, GO!. Square One hosts Square One Rocks!,
a monthly art showcase in the Royal Room of The RITZ Ybor every first
Saturday of each month as part of the Ybor City Art Walk. Virgin 2.0, the third Square One Art, Fashion & Music Showcase is scheduled for December 6th at The RITZ Ybor in Tampa, FL. The first Square One sponsored solo exhibit for photographer Ryan Prado is scheduled for February 2009.
SoundFX is a multi-faceted event showcasing creative works directly inspired by music
which will include art exhibits and concerts at several Bay area
locations, beginning with Art After Dark at the Tampa Museum of Art on
September 19, 2008. SoundFX is produced by Mitzi Gordon of Pyramid
Photography.
