It took him 18 full-lengths over 20 years, but Jeremy Gloff is finally releasing a greatest hits record. The outspoken and insanely prolific Tampa Bay songwriter has worn every sonic hat during the course of his career, and as he says goodbye to his ’30s, Gloff will take to Ybor City watering hole New World Brewery to celebrate all those. Expect some disco (So Much Love), piano pop (Dancing In Blue), and sequencer-driven ’80s throwback jams (Oh Sweet Boy). Just don’t expect Gloff to be subtle about it. Another gifted Bay area wordsmith, Shae Krispinsky, brings her band Y Los Dos Pistoles to open this show.
