Confusion Peace
-written by Jeremy Gloff
-appears on Autumn (1998)

THE STORY:
Bickering acquaintances flowing in and out the living room with their stinky trails of verbal sewage.  It was too much weight to carry when things were already so heavy. I snapped.

THE LYRICS:

Throw your head into a wall
Bring your fist into your face
A room that's clouding up with spite
Is polluted space
So why don't you get out and come back
When you've become a friend
Living in the moment doesn't feel so good
Stuck in the confusion season again

A thousand fractions make a life
Some pieces are depressed
We take the little bits we see
And color in the rest
So why don't you get out, come back
When I'm allowed my senses
If you feel imprisoned more that 5 ways
Welcome to confusion days

Well here's another broken person
Not ready for the day
When it's gonna smack him in the head
He can't go on this way
Watch it all give out and come back
And still he's not released
A moment of silence don't mean a thing
If all it is is confusion peace.
